Kannibal (2001)

Plot

A fleet of police vehicles speeds through Atlanta in response to a chilling emergency call. Upon arriving, officers discover a scene of utter devastation, with numerous lifeless bodies strewn about. Just moments before, the infamous killer escaped, leaving behind one survivor: the leader of New York's Russian mafia. As the crime family relocates to London, they remain unaware that the assassin has followed them, now posing as a police pathologist. While they pursue him for vengeance, the assassin plots his own revenge, setting the stage for a deadly game of cat and mouse.
