Plot
In a quaint port town at the close of the 19th century, a chilling mystery unfolds as children vanish without a trace. The townsfolk whisper of a shadowy figure clad in black, rumored to be Death personified. Nine-year-old Laurin grapples with haunting nightmares and unsettling visions of a man with a sack, accompanied by the desperate cries of children trapped behind shuttered windows. As Laurin's sanity teeters on the edge, the true nature of the sinister presence lurking in their midst becomes increasingly blurred, leaving the community in a state of dread and uncertainty.
