Plot

A young soldier named Dalton in Vietnam faces heartbreak when his girlfriend back home ends their relationship. Determined to reclaim her love, he and his closest friend, Mickey, make the bold decision to go AWOL and journey back to the States. Their mission, fueled by friendship and longing, tests their loyalty and courage as they navigate the challenges of war and personal relationships. As they confront the realities of love and sacrifice, Dalton must confront what it truly means to fight for someone worth having.
