Plot
During a trip to Mexico, two friends stumble upon the Lament Configuration, inadvertently summoning the notorious Pinhead. In a desperate bid for survival, one friend attempts to escape by swapping places with another. When the pair goes missing, their families embark on a search, only to confront the horrifying reality of Pinhead's wrath. As the dark forces of the puzzle box awaken, the stakes rise, leading to a nightmarish confrontation that tests the limits of fear and survival against a relentless evil.
