Plot

Long ago, before the invention of Poké Balls, Lucario, an aura-sensitive Pokémon, sensed an impending clash between rival armies at Oldoran Castle in Kanto, threatening total destruction. As chaos unfolded, Lucario communicated this dire warning to his master, the legendary hero Arlon, who was under attack by a fierce group of Hellgar. In the heat of battle, Arlon lost his sight but relied on Lucario's aura perception to launch a powerful Wave Bomb, defeating the attackers. Faced with the queen of Rota, Lady Rin, who was determined to perish with her people, Arlon found himself at a crossroads.
