Plot

One year after the events of the first film, Rachel Stephens is determined to unravel the mystery behind the horrific "Cannibal" Kelly Anderson murders that plagued her town of Bangor, Maine. Meanwhile, Kelly is on the run, evading law enforcement and a hefty bounty on his head. He soon finds himself entangled in a violent clash between an isolated man named Reggie and a family of armed maniacs. As their fates intertwine, a nightmarish world is revealed, brimming with even more horror, bloodshed, and a sinister doctor with a twisted "cure" and a host of patients to experiment on.
