Bunt (2007)

Plot

Dong-gu, a boy with a mental disability, finds joy in his daily routine of fetching water for his classmates. His excitement, however, turns to disappointment when the school opts for water purifiers, eliminating his cherished task. Struggling to cope with this change, Dong-gu seeks new ways to connect with his friends and maintain his place within the school community. As he navigates this transition, the film explores themes of friendship, resilience, and the importance of finding one’s purpose, even in the face of unexpected challenges.
