Plot

Set in 2028, OmniCorp leads the charge in robotic technology, having successfully deployed drones for military use abroad while facing legal restrictions at home. The company seizes an opportunity when dedicated Detroit cop Alex Murphy, a devoted husband and father, suffers life-threatening injuries in the line of duty. They transform him into a hybrid law enforcement officer—RoboCop. As OmniCorp dreams of expanding their robotic police force for profit, they underestimate the enduring human spirit that resides within Alex, challenging their corporate ambitions and raising questions of identity and autonomy.
