Plot
In "Zabriskie Point," anthropology student Daria is engaged in a project with a property developer to create a village in the arid Los Angeles desert. Meanwhile, Mark, a college dropout on the run after being accused of killing a police officer during a student protest, unexpectedly crosses paths with her in Death Valley. Their chance meeting sparks an intense and liberating romance, as the two navigate their tumultuous lives against the backdrop of the vast desert landscape.
