Plot

Social worker Shu-fen's world shatters when her pregnant teenage daughter, Ya-ting, goes missing. As she embarks on a desperate search, dark secrets begin to unfold. Along the way, she encounters the enigmatic Mei-hua, who keeps her own daughter locked away, surrounded by cryptic spells. Shu-fen also discovers the lost Yi-chun in a derelict hospital. Together, the three women head back to the ominous Red Forest to find Ya-ting. Through this harrowing journey, Shu-fen learns that the most profound fears often stem from the depths of love.
