Plot

Ex-DEA agent Jack is jolted into action when he receives a distress call from his brother Phillip, whose team has fallen victim to a violent ambush on the Caribbean island of St. Keith. Driven by loyalty and urgency, Jack travels to the island to locate Phillip, only to discover that his brother has been transformed into a cyborg by the very drug lord they were pursuing. As Jack navigates this treacherous landscape, he must confront both his brother's new reality and the sinister forces at play.
