Plot

Amidst a violent coup in a war-torn Eastern European nation, the president seeks refuge in the U.S. embassy. Chaos erupts when insurgents assassinate the ambassador, leaving the embassy vulnerable. Sam Keenan, the deputy ambassador portrayed by Jean-Claude Van Damme, must rise to the occasion.
