Plot

Decades after their divorce, Johan and Marianne reconnect, each having lived separate lives for 32 years. Marianne, a divorce lawyer, seeks out Johan, who has retired comfortably in Sweden's Orsa finnmark. Their reunion stirs up old memories and unresolved feelings. Nearby, Johan’s son Henrik struggles with his own familial tensions, living in a cottage with his talented daughter, Karin, a gifted cellist. As past grievances resurface and relationships redefine, the characters navigate the complexities of love and family, revealing the enduring impact of their shared history.
