I Love My Dad (2022)

Plot

A desperate father, yearning to mend his fractured relationship with his son, resorts to an unconventional ploy. He creates a fake online persona, pretending to be a young woman, to engage with his son who struggles with loneliness. As their virtual connection deepens, the father grapples with the ethics of his deceit, all while his son becomes increasingly invested in this new friendship. What begins as a misguided attempt at reconnection spirals into a poignant exploration of love, trust, and the lengths one might go to in the name of family.
