Plot
In 1979 Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand, Angus spends two weeks with his jaded father and becomes captivated by the underground post-punk music scene. With encouragement from his friend Kirsten, Angus confronts his insecurities, faces ridicule, and copes with a family tragedy as he prepares to perform on stage for the very first time.
