Plot

Miami DEA agent Cliff Adams goes undercover in South America to infiltrate drug lord Gonzalo Reyes, the region's top cocaine trafficker. Meanwhile, his fiancée, journalist Janet Meade, investigates Reyes for a story. When Reyes orders Cliff to eliminate political rival Marcelo Villalba, who threatens his empire, Cliff hesitates, torn between his duty to the DEA and his personal ties. As Reyes escalates his threats, kidnapping Janet to silence her, Cliff must navigate a dangerous web of deception to thwart Reyes and protect the woman he loves while battling the drug lord's ruthless ambitions.
