Deadfall Trail (2009)

Plot

John, Julian, and Paul embark on a challenging three-week survival expedition in the Kaibab National Forest, armed only with a knife, a water bottle, and a garbage bag each, seeking both adventure and spiritual enlightenment through peyote. However, a catastrophic incident disrupts their journey, pushing them to face their deepest fears regarding morality and existence. As they struggle against the harshness of nature and the growing tension among themselves, their primary goal shifts to escaping the forest and returning to safety, forcing them to confront their inner demons along the way.
