Plot

Keyshawn Watson and T.A. Smith navigate a treacherous existence, pursued by gangsters and the FBI in the dangerous streets of Milwaukee. Facing seemingly inevitable doom, their fortunes shift with the help of Li Chan, a rogue agent who offers crucial support. However, a string of violent murders raises alarms among city officials, intensifying the FBI's hunt for them. Meanwhile, Chan's partner, Greg Daley, uncovers her betrayal and plots his own revenge.
