Plot

Ex-cop Joey Randall, played by Richard Grieco, finds himself in a nightmare after his affair with Sharon Moreno, the wife of Police Chief George Moreno, takes a deadly turn when her body is discovered. Blamed for her murder, Randall's life spirals out of control, especially as the mayoral election looms. With Captain James, the Chief’s enforcer, hiring assassins to eliminate him, Randall, suffering from amnesia about the crime, seeks help from an old flame. Fueled by desperation, he transforms from prey into a relentless pursuer, determined to uncover the truth and exact his FINAL PAYBACK.
