Plot

Alicia Vega opens a new world for a group of Chilean children in the chapel of Lo Hermida, where she runs a film workshop every Saturday. Under the guidance of the Catholic Church, these kids, who have never experienced cinema, learn about filmmaking elements like projection, camera angles, and genres. They explore classic films from Chaplin to Disney, culminating in the creation of their own animated shorts. The journey reaches a thrilling climax when they finally venture into downtown Santiago to see a movie on the big screen, marking a transformative moment in their lives.
