Plot
Riva, a petty hustler, returns to Kinshasa, Congo, after a ten-year absence, bringing with him a lucrative stash of stolen gasoline. Eager to indulge in the vibrant nightlife, he quickly becomes captivated by Nora, a stunning club performer entangled with a powerful local mobster.
