Plot
Jang-bu possesses a unique ability to perceive the world in slow motion, which earns him the nickname "monster eyes" from his peers. Isolated by this talent, he retreats into a life of solitude, relying on television for companionship. As he matures, Jang-bu finds his niche working at a CCTV control center, where he experiences the lives of others vicariously. This job gradually opens him up to connection, allowing him to forge friendships he never thought possible. Inspired by these relationships, he gathers the courage to propose to a girl he's admired from afar through the cameras.
