Plot
In the aftermath of the war in Osaka, three women find themselves drawn into the world of prostitution, each driven by her own circumstances. Fusako, a widow grappling with her loss, navigates this harsh reality alongside her sister Natsuko, who has relocated from Korea. Meanwhile, Kumiko, Fusako's sister-in-law, also joins them, as they each confront their struggles and seek to survive in a challenging environment.
