Plot
The peaceful existence of a group of apartment dwellers is shattered when a 55-year-old woman named Doina arrives next door. An obsessive litigator, Doina insists on complete silence throughout the building. As her demands escalate, the neighbors band together to push back, leading to rising tensions and a series of chaotic events.
