Service with a Guile (1946)

Plot

Olive operates a service station where an admiral requests air for his tire before heading to a cigar store. Shortly after, two sailors on leave arrive, eager to lend a hand, which leads to chaos as they inadvertently damage the car. Popeye performs extraordinary feats to save it, including hoisting it atop a skyscraper, only to face disaster when Bluto sabotages him. After a spinach boost, Popeye miraculously repairs the car just in time, but Bluto snatches the glory. Ultimately, the car crumbles upon starting, leaving Bluto assigned to rust-scraping as Olive and Popeye drift by in a rowboat.
