Plot
A group of college students heads to the secluded mountain town of Madison County, eager to interview the elusive author of a controversial book detailing a series of gruesome murders. Upon arrival, they discover the author is missing, and the locals insist he hasn’t been seen in years. Strangely, they also deny the existence of the murders altogether. Undeterred, the students begin to investigate, uncovering chilling truths that suggest the terrifying tales might be far more than mere fiction. Their quest for answers quickly turns into a fight for survival against dark secrets lurking in the town.
