Plot
A French-to-Spanish interpreter at a food processing plant finds herself torn between her loyalty to her demanding young boss and her growing sympathy for the Guatemalan seasonal workers. As she befriends them, she becomes increasingly aware of the harsh exploitation they face. Motivated by a sense of justice, she shifts her focus from mere compliance to actively defending the rights of her colleagues, challenging the oppressive practices that threaten their dignity and well-being. Through her journey, she discovers the power of solidarity and the importance of standing up for what is right.
