Plot

In a suburban town during 1999, high schooler Bart Bagalzby yearns for popularity, particularly from Grace, a girl at the top of the social ladder. Surrounded by a quirky crew of misfits, Bart dreams of rock stardom as a means to win her heart. While on garbage duty at his part-time job, he encounters a quirky Genie who grants him three wishes. However, his initial attempts at wish fulfillment lead to chaos. Ultimately, Bart discovers his true talent and, alongside his friends, forms a remarkable rock band, showcasing their unique sound and creativity.
