Plot

Popeye and Olive enjoy a peaceful day in the park, feeding squirrels, when the flamboyant Count Marvo, also known as Bluto, arrives on horseback. With his charming demeanor and penchant for mischief, he swiftly abducts Olive, leaving Popeye flustered. The cunning Count toys with Popeye using a series of elaborate pranks, including an exploding cigar, to keep the sailor distracted. As Popeye grapples with Marvo's antics, he must muster his strength and wits to reclaim Olive from the clutches of this flamboyant trickster.
