Plot

On a stormy night, a spy infiltrates the Japanese police, aiming to steal sensitive intelligence from various global agencies, including MI6, BDN, and the CIA. Just as the operation escalates, Tooru Amuro and public safety officers intervene, but the criminal makes a daring escape in a stolen vehicle. A high-speed chase ensues, culminating in FBI agent Shuichi Akai firing a shot that sends the spy's car crashing off the road. The following day, Conan and his friends visit a revamped Tokyo aquarium, where he encounters a mysterious, injured woman with strikingly mismatched eyes beneath the Ferris wheel.
