Plot
A Chinese envoy journeys to the Gobi Desert with the mission of eliminating a rogue soldier. Along the way, he encounters a caravan under siege from bandits, which is escorting a Buddhist monk and a precious artifact. Faced with a common threat, the emissary and the renegade soldier must set aside their differences and join forces to safeguard the vulnerable travelers. As danger looms, their unexpected alliance reveals deeper themes of honor, redemption, and the true meaning of bravery amidst adversity.
