Plot
Harry Berg, a struggling con artist and sculptor who creates large installations from old televisions, finds himself in a financial bind. His troubles lead him to Rachel Dobs, a police detective moonlighting for a collection agency. When Harry receives an unusual package, he and Rachel become entangled in a dark conspiracy involving a scheme to rig the lottery. As they navigate this treacherous terrain, both must confront their own shortcomings while uncovering the layers of deceit in a world where nothing is as it seems.
