Plot

After being laid off, Tommy returns to his hometown of New York City, where job opportunities are scarce. Desperate for cash, he partners with his brother Donnie, an experienced drug dealer, to sell cocaine. Amid this chaos, Tommy becomes infatuated with Zoey, a beautiful woman he keeps encountering.
