Plot
Anna, a teenager returning home from Catholic boarding school for the holidays, faces turmoil when her father abandons the family. Her mother, heartbroken, finds solace in the company of a local priest and childhood friend. Meanwhile, Anna seeks comfort from her grandfather and becomes enamored with Pierre, a carefree boy indifferent to religious beliefs. As Anna prepares for her confirmation, her growing feelings for Pierre challenge her faith and inner convictions. Torn between spiritual devotion and earthly desire, she grapples with whether to surrender herself to God or explore a different kind of love.
