Plot

Set against the backdrop of World War II, Marie, a concentration camp escapee, finds herself fleeing from the Nazis when she is saved from drowning by Wolfe Kristan, a deranged lighthouse keeper. Taken to the lighthouse, she develops feelings for the assistant keeper, unaware that he is secretly a British spy. As their relationship deepens, Kristan’s growing jealousy spirals him into a state of complete madness, threatening their lives and the fragile love blooming amidst the chaos of war.
