Plot
Clara and Alex, both new to single parenthood, have contrasting approaches to raising their kids. Clara is an overprotective mother to her son Oliver, while Alex’s daughter Emma feels disconnected from him. Their paths cross when Alex suggests filming a commercial for his struggling marketing firm at the school, but Clara, who is vying for the parent group president position, strongly opposes the idea. In a desperate bid, Alex throws his hat in the ring for president. After an unexpected tie, the two must collaborate to manage the group until a re-vote. As they compete for control, their shared parenting experiences help them see eye to eye, leading to an unexpected romantic spark.
