Plot

Blackbeard's spirit re-emerges to assist his modern-day descendant, the elderly Emily Stowecroft. She faces a dire threat from unscrupulous villains intent on evicting her and her friends from their group home to make way for a shady casino. In the midst of this conflict, well-meaning Steve Walker inadvertently summons the infamous ghost, finding himself embroiled in the fight to protect Emily and her community. With Blackbeard's mischievous help, the unlikely trio must thwart the greedy developers and save their beloved home.
