Plot

On a chilly winter morning in Bucharest, Adina and her boyfriend Radu share an intimate moment, though she’s eager to move in together while he hesitates. As New Year’s Eve unfolds, the couple juggles family visits and a party with friends. While shopping for last-minute gifts, Radu thinks he spots his ex, Nadja, stirring old insecurities about his relationship with Adina. Just as festivities begin, their romance unexpectedly crumbles. A timely invite from Radu’s friend Alex leads him out, hoping to find Nadja. Director Paul Negogescu masterfully captures Radu's complexities and the vibrant essence of the holiday night.
