Plot

A notorious serial killer undergoes a grotesque transformation after being exposed to a hazardous chemical in the sewers. He morphs into a repulsive creature composed entirely of human waste. Just as law enforcement and the FBI close in on his trail, this monstrous being wreaks havoc, leaving chaos in his wake. As the authorities race against time to stop him, the line between human and monster blurs, leading to a bizarre confrontation that challenges both the hunters and the hunted.
