Plot

Claus Meyer, a Danish culinary visionary and co-founder of Noma, has ignited a gastronomic transformation in La Paz, Bolivia, with the launch of Gustu—a fine-dining restaurant and cooking school aimed at empowering underprivileged youth. Among the aspiring chefs are Kenzo, a skilled hunter from the Amazon, and Maria Claudia, who hails from the Andean altiplano. Relocating to the capital to follow their culinary dreams, they learn under Meyer’s guidance, striving to elevate Bolivia's status as a burgeoning culinary hotspot and forge brighter futures for themselves.
