Plot

Set against the backdrop of impending war with Korea, Hideyoshi Toyotomi, known as the 'Taiko,' finds himself the target of a deadly assassination plot orchestrated by the Iga Clan of ninjas. Tasked with this perilous mission, master spy Juzo Tsuzura (Ryutaro Otomo) must first confront a former Iga operative who has turned traitor. As he navigates this treacherous landscape, Juzo also faces the seductive manipulations of a cunning woman, complicating his mission and testing his resolve.
