The Portal (2014)

Plot

A wizard from another dimension finds himself marooned in the 21st century when cell-phone radiation disrupts his magical abilities. With his homeland facing impending war, he turns to a cynical travel agent, whom he erroneously believes to be a powerful sorceress. Lacking the magic to validate his claims, she remains skeptical, but eventually strikes a deal: she'll share the secrets of modern life in return for a lunch date. As their unlikely partnership unfolds, both must navigate the challenges of their worlds colliding.
