Plot

Young-mi, a factory bookkeeper ridiculed for her unremarkable appearance, is given the unflattering moniker 'Ms. Apocalypse' by her coworkers. The only one to show her kindness is Do-young, a thoughtful delivery driver, and she soon finds herself falling for him. When she uncovers his embezzlement, her fierce loyalty compels her to shield him, leading to her arrest as the new millennium approaches. After a brief stint in prison, she unexpectedly meets Do-young's wife, Yu-jin, who offers a surprising opportunity, propelling Young-mi into a compelling new phase of her life.
