Plot
On vacation in Italy, Nick Morell, the son of renowned philosopher and amateur musician John Morell, befriends a gifted young boy named Guido. Nick quickly realizes that Guido possesses an exceptional talent for orchestration and an incredible memory for music. Noticing the boy's abilities, local couple Signor and Signora Boudini urge his parents to allow them to nurture his musical potential. Caught between their deep affection for their son and the desire to share his extraordinary gift with the world, they ultimately agree to support Guido's artistic education.
