Plot

Jodie Carpenter runs 'The Loft,' a cherished sail-making business passed down through her family, nestled by the picturesque Redmond's Bay Marina. However, her world is shaken when luxury developer Charles Prescott acquires the port with plans for an extravagant overhaul. Faced with the threat of losing her beloved company and its legacy, Jodie must navigate her fears and fight to preserve both her business and the community she holds dear.
