Plot

Yuji Takanashi, a philosophy professor at university, is a man with a perplexing fear of water. Despite his inner turmoil over the connection between humanity and aquatic life, he impulsively signs up for swimming lessons. His journey begins when Shizuka Usuhara, the instructor, dismisses his last-minute doubts and officially registers him.
