Plot

In "Blow Out," sound technician Jack Terry is working on a horror movie when he witnesses a chilling event: a car plunging off a bridge into a river. He bravely rescues Sally from the submerged vehicle, but the second occupant, a presidential hopeful governor, is tragically lost. As Jack delves into his recordings, he uncovers unsettling truths while embarking on a risky romance with Sally.
