Plot

Melinda juggles her studies and a job to cover her grandmother Becky's mounting hospital expenses. One fateful day, as she exits the hospital, a hit-and-run accident changes her life forever, leaving her unable to walk. As Becky's condition worsens, Melinda discovers a surgical procedure that offers a glimmer of hope for her grandmother's survival.
