Plot

Viktor Purice, a passionate cinephile and former projectionist, leads a dedicated team, including loyal employees Cornelia and Lorena, in their quest to save the Dacia Panoramic Cinema in Piatra Neamt, one of Romania's dwindling theaters. Nostalgic for cinema's golden era, Viktor battles the harsh realities of modernity as he faces a crumbling venue lacking basic amenities and state support. Their struggle to revive the charm of classic film-going feels almost quixotic, as they confront the inevitable decline of a cherished cultural institution.
