Plot

Estelle, a devoted psychiatrist and skilled practitioner of Ericksonian hypnosis, enjoys a tranquil life with her husband and son until her first love, Thomas, suddenly reenters her world. After a suicide attempt lands him in her care, he becomes the prime suspect in the murder of a rival doctor. Determined to prove his innocence, Estelle escapes with Thomas to the idyllic Provençal countryside.
